How to Use Your Paintingify Gift Card

A Paintingify gift card can be used toward any eligible purchase on our website. Follow these simple steps to apply your gift card during checkout.

Redeem your gift card

  1. Choose your artwork. Select the portrait or product you would like to order, customize it, and add it to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout. Review your order and continue to the secure checkout page.
  3. Find the gift card field. In the order summary on the right side of checkout, locate the field labeled Discount code or gift card.
  4. Enter your code. Carefully type the gift card code printed on your card, then select Apply.
  5. Complete your order. The gift card balance will be applied to your total. If the order total is higher than the available balance, choose a payment method for the remaining amount.

Check the code carefully for missing or mistyped characters. If it still does not work, please contact Paintingify support and include a photo of the card. For your security, do not post your complete gift card code publicly.
